One Monument Square

Objective:
To rally support for site plan approval by creating a video for NJ-based real estate developer Hoboken Brownstone and the City of Troy, NY to be shown at the end of their presentation to the community

Proposal:
Work directly with project architect to produce a video utilizing drone footage, community involvement and virtual renderings

Deliverables:
(1) 10 minute video production

River Stone Manor

Objective:
Create a short video for a commercial real estate property for sale to market to prospective buyers

Proposal:
Capture drone footage to create a produced video of the property and highlight it's appealing features

Deliverables:
(1) 3-5 minute real estate marketing video production

Sarcoma Strong

Objective:
Create a video to be shown at Sarcoma Strong's Inaugural Gala that shows what Sarcoma Strong is all about and emphasize the funds that are needed to fight a rare form of cancer

Proposal:
An interview-style video production with founding members and patients speaking about their personal experiences, the mission of Sarcoma Strong and the funds needed to help fight this disease

Deliverables:
(1) 10+ minute video production

OSHA Compliance

Rochester, NY-based Christa Construction, LLC hired us to capture drone footage for their state-wide housing projects. We provided them with monthly footage --from project start to finish-- to help Christa Construction fulfill their OSHA compliance requirements. From their Amsterdam to Ballston Spa to Saugerties sites -- aerial photos and short videos were taken and subsequently submitted for OSHA review.
